Service Scope & Terms
Precision CAD Drafting provides professional independent architectural and interior design drafting, 3D modeling, and visualization services. Our scope includes 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, interior design documentation, 3D architectural modeling, and photorealistic rendering. All services are performed based on client-provided dimensions, sketches, and project data.
Professional Limitations: Precision CAD Drafting provides technical drafting and visualization support. Our services do not include professional architectural or structural engineering seals, approvals, or legal liability for building safety. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all designs comply with local building codes and are reviewed and approved by a licensed professional architect or engineer where required by law.
Revision Policy: Each project package includes a defined number of minor revisions. Standard packages typically include one to two rounds of minor adjustments to linework, annotations, or material assignments based on the original project scope. Significant changes to project geometry, design intent, or scope after production has commenced will require a custom quotation for additional services.
Project Delivery: Final deliverables are provided in industry-standard formats, including PDF and AutoCAD DWG files. For 3D modeling and rendering, deliverables consist of agreed-upon image files or model formats. Digital files are delivered once project accounts are settled in full. While we strive to meet all estimated deadlines, actual turnaround times are subject to project complexity and the timely provision of client references.
Confidentiality & Privacy: All client-supplied drawings, project data, and communications are held in strict confidence. We do not sell or share client intellectual property with third parties. Demonstration work and portfolio samples on this site are clearly labeled and do not represent proprietary client projects without explicit permission.
